Registration for the SAMPE BeNeLux Spring meeting 2025 at Brightlands Materials Center on Tuesday, 13th May 2025 at Brightlands Chemelot Campus is now open!
Brightlands Materials Center – TNO is a research and development partner, specialized in (re)designing and recycling polymeric materials, composites and coatings to support industrial innovations in the field of the energy and material transitions. We start with a lecture program under the theme “Sustainable composite materials and processes” followed by a visit program. We will visit the thermoplastic recycling and continuous fiber additive manufacturing facilities. SAMPE Benelux is grateful to our host Brightlands Materials Center for organizing this SAMPE Benelux meeting together with us. Deadline for registration of your participation is strictly May 6th ! Access to the Campus requires registration and an obligatory (short) online safety instruction. The procedure is as follows: after registration, you will receive an email from the Brightlands Campus with a link to follow the instruction approximately a week before the event. After completion of the instruction, you will receive a QR code per email that is your access at the gate (either print it or have it available to present it on your phone). The event will take place at the following address: Urmonderbaan 22 (gate 2), 6167 RD, Geleen, The Netherlands.

Participation is free for SAMPE members. Non-members pay 96.00 € (includes one-year membership) and students 20.00 € to become members (for 1 year). This membership application can be performed online at: https://sampe-membership.eu
Parking your car is possible in the parking garage (P10) under the Center Court (follow the signs). Use the stairs or elevator to the ground floor and the reception in the Center Court for more information on the conference rooms. If you wish to stay overnight nearby, we recommend Van der Valk Urmond which is in walking distance.
